Description
Haruka Amami is the central protagonist, selected by the Producer to lead 765 Production's established idols in preparing for a major arena concert. This leadership role unfolds amid significant changes: news of fellow idols pursuing international opportunities and the arrival of seven trainees assigned as backup dancers.

Her approachability and warmth help her connect with the newcomers, especially Kana Yabuki, an earnest but struggling trainee who deeply admires her. This mentorship proves crucial when Kana, after tripping during a performance, withdraws from rehearsals due to stress-related weight gain. While dancer Shiho Kitazawa advocates proceeding without Kana, Haruka actively seeks her out. She visits Kana, demonstrates empathy by understanding her struggles, and persuades her to rejoin the group. Haruka also takes the initiative to unite idols and dancers at the concert venue, delivering a heartfelt speech reaffirming their collective purpose.

Haruka's leadership extends beyond the trainees. She manages internal group friction stemming from the dancers' uneven skill levels and the impending departure of key figures, including the Producer, who announces his temporary leave for overseas training. This news initially disheartens the idols, but Haruka rallies them to channel their efforts into making the concert a success in his honor. Her resolve is further tested by the emotional weight of other separations, like Miki Hoshii's Hollywood opportunity and Chihaya Kisaragi's international recording sessions.

Subtle interactions reveal Haruka's reflective nature. She accompanies Chihaya to mail a concert invitation to Chihaya's estranged mother, highlighting her supportive role and awareness of their shared growth. Her moments of doubt or concern are often conveyed wordlessly through expressions or quiet gestures, particularly during rehearsals or when confiding in close friends like Chihaya, underscoring her internal strength and commitment to supporting others despite her own uncertainties.

Her efforts culminate in the successful arena concert, where she performs alongside both the main idols and the dancers, symbolizing their unified progress. The concert performance, particularly the song "M@STERPIECE", represents a triumph for Haruka and the group, showcasing their ability to overcome adversity. Following the concert, she participates in bidding farewell to the Producer at the airport. Her journey emphasizes growth from a cheerful idol into a resilient leader who fosters unity and inspires others through empathy and perseverance.
