Ookami-Otoko, also known as Wolfman, is an attendant to Taro Kaibutsu, the prince of Monster Land. He accompanies the prince to the human world alongside companions Dracula and Franken. His primary duties involve managing the household and cooking for the group within their shared residence.

He normally maintains a human appearance but undergoes a physical transformation into a wolf-like state when encountering a full moon or circular objects resembling it. Despite this change in form, his personality remains unaltered, showing no signs of increased aggression or behavioral shifts. His speech is consistently marked by ending sentences with the suffix "gansu".

Across all documented appearances in the original manga, the 1968 and 1980 anime adaptations, the 1981 film *Kaibutsu Land e no Shōtai*, and the 2010 live-action series, Ookami-Otoko's role remains consistently supportive and static. He functions as part of the core group of monster attendants without undergoing significant character evolution, receiving a detailed backstory, or experiencing narrative development through individual story arcs or expanded personal history.
