Description
Moon, a non-Cybertronian transforming android engineered by Atari Hitotonari in 2039 under Project Gaia, partners with Artemis to safeguard the planet Gaia under ancient protocols preventing Angolmois Energy misuse. Stationed on a lunar base, they surveil Maximal-Predacon conflicts, though Moon’s carefree personality and irreverent quips frequently trigger Artemis’s mallet strikes—a signature comedic beat. Equipped for stealth reconnaissance via flight and invisibility, Moon prioritizes data collection but occasionally oversteps passive observation.

When Predacons harness Angolmois Energy and Galvatron unleashes the artificial planet Nemesis, Moon covertly aids Maximal forces by departing the lunar base—circumventing observational protocols—to relay tactical intelligence. His unorthodox use of a pirate flag to chart enemy positions enables pivotal counterattacks. This defiance escalates when he later ignores directives from the Celestials, Gaia’s overseers, to directly support Lio Convoy’s troops, resulting in expulsion from their network.

After Gaia’s conflicts conclude, Moon and Artemis migrate to Cybertron, attending a post-Unicron victory celebration that marks their shift from watchers to allies. Alternate timelines broaden Moon’s impact: *Generations Selects Special Comic* portrays him observing Angolmois Energy corrupt Megatron and humanity’s Earth exodus, while the *Legends* manga positions him as a persistent monitor of interstellar energy threats.

Moon’s design sports a rabbit-inspired alternate mode and a "Viewmaster" toy feature revealing character art when activated, with a rare white variant released as a limited collectible. Balancing comedic antics with narrative gravity, he embodies the tension between ancient programming and self-determined action, bridging Gaian legacy with evolving galactic struggles.
