Misty flees from the forces of Judau, the antagonistic King of Spain. Rescued by Gulliver and Edison during her escape, she joins their group, placing her in direct opposition to Judau, who harbors a deep personal obsession with her. Her status as Judau's target connects her to the central conflict, which includes his destruction of Gulliver's homeland and the murder of Gulliver's father.

After joining Gulliver's core team alongside Edison, the fairy Phoebe, and the ninja Gecko, Misty embarks with them on a journey aboard an ancient ship. Their mission: confront Judau's forces and uncover the mysteries of Atlantis. Misty demonstrates agency beyond passivity by actively saving Gulliver from Spanish troops at a critical juncture, reinforcing her integral role as both catalyst and participant in the overarching quest.

Her connection to Judau adds complexity to her character, as his fixation on her drives the conflict.
