Description
Marina Tsukishima works at the live house CiRCLE, organizing multi-band events and nurturing new musical talent. She sports black hair in a bob cut, fair skin, and distinctive pink-red eyes, typically wearing low-cut jeans, a white-blue horizontally striped shirt, and a black cardigan. Her height is 157 cm.

Her own past involves playing guitar in a five-member band striving for recognition. When the band failed to attract scouts, lost their audience, and disbanded as playing became unfun, that experience shaped her current drive. She now actively encourages young musicians at CiRCLE to chase their dreams and avoid similar pitfalls. She keeps her old guitar in CiRCLE's backstage storage, sometimes playing it with impressive skill that catches others off guard.

Kind and hardworking, Marina enjoys reading manga but avoids horror and scary content. In the chibi spin-off *BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!☆PICO*, she often suffers comedic mishaps and injuries due to others and dramatically introduces the main bands in the first episode.

Within the franchise, her role varies. She appears from the second season of the main anime onwards, though less frequently in locations outside CiRCLE like Galaxy studio. In season three, she helps organize the "BanG Dream! Girls Band Challenge!" event. In the mobile game *BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!*, she initially assists in gathering bands for the main event but rarely features in later main story chapters, event stories, or band stories after early segments. The CiRCLING event gives her more focus, exploring her past band experiences with Poppin'Party. Newer spin-offs like *It's MyGO!!!!!* and *Ave Mujica* see her narrative function filled by Ririko Matsugi, reducing her direct involvement.

As one of the few major adult characters in a predominantly high school-aged cast, her uniqueness lessens slightly as some characters enter university in later game updates. She maintains professional connections with staff from other venues, including Mikiko from Galaxy, whom she has known since her performing days.
