Description
Kokoro Tsurumaki attends Hanasakigawa Girls' High School, moving from Year 1 Class C to Year 3 Class E. As the founder and leader of Hello, Happy World!, she aims to make the entire world smile through music and fun. Born into extreme wealth and influence, she is constantly shadowed by bodyguards called the "men in black." These bodyguards enable her elaborate ideas and events, though she remains oblivious to their family connection.

Perpetually energetic, optimistic, and curious, Kokoro speaks informally to everyone, including upperclassmen and adults, facing no reprimands due to her genuine charm and universal affection. Her hobbies revolve around seeking fun, pursued with relentless enthusiasm. Academically, teachers created a dedicated Astronomy Club solely for her, making her its only member and leading to a close association with Hina Hikawa.

Standing 155 cm tall, Kokoro possesses exceptional athleticism, demonstrated by jumping unharmed from the fourth floor, performing wall flips, and moving with gymnastic agility. She is perceptive at detecting hidden secrets yet forgets everyday details, like bandmate Kaoru Seta’s fear of heights.

Leading Hello, Happy World! with boundless energy and unconventional ideas, Kokoro maintains childlike naivety, persistently failing to recognize bandmate Misaki Okusawa is the bear mascot DJ Michelle. She shows unique physical affection towards Misaki, hugging her, sleeping on her, and confessing love to Michelle on a school rooftop while humming a song with romantic undertones and hinting at awareness of Michelle’s identity. Her band dynamics include shared exuberance with Hagumi Kitazawa and Kaoru Seta, balanced by Kanon Matsubara’s calmness.

She quickly forms friendships, like with Kasumi Toyama and Hagumi Kitazawa, and shares classes with Misaki, Rimi Ushigome, and Saaya Yamabuki. Kokoro shows no food preferences, embracing all cuisines. She actively intervenes to cheer anyone appearing unhappy, driven by an aversion to sadness and a belief in spreading joy.

Her forgetfulness or impulsiveness sometimes creates challenges, such as overlooking bandmates' limitations, usually resolved collectively. Her wealth enables grand gestures like funding large events or inviting celebrities to her birthday. The "men in black" support her endeavors and preserve the Michelle secret. Her core traits—unwavering optimism, athleticism, and dedication to global happiness—define her role in Hello, Happy World! and the broader narrative.
