Miku Itō is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on October 12, 1996, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the talent agency Style Cube and has been active in the entertainment industry since her debut in 2013. Her path to becoming a voice actress was inspired by childhood interests in theater, tokusatsu hero shows like Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, and the anime Cardcaptor Sakura. She entered the industry after winning Style Cube's first voice actor audition in 2012.

Itō's professional debut came in 2013 when she voiced Yuriko Nanao in the mobile game The Idolmaster Million Live!. Her first major role in an anime television series followed in 2014 as Nanako Usami in Locodol. Since then, she has built a prolific career, taking on a wide variety of roles across numerous anime, video games, and films.

She is widely recognized for several iconic and lead roles. These include the shy and introspective Miku Nakano, one of the titular quintuplets in the popular romantic comedy The Quintessential Quintuplets and its subsequent films and seasons. She voices the energetic and optimistic band leader Kokoro Tsurumaki in the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise, appearing in its various anime seasons, films, and the game BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!. In the fantasy adventure series Princess Connect! Re:Dive, she plays the loyal and endearing guide character Kokkoro. Another notable lead role is Kukuru Misakino, a passionate aquarium worker, in the coming-of-age drama The Aquatope on White Sand.

Her filmography demonstrates significant range, encompassing many other characters. These roles include Aoi Izumizawa in Love Flops, Grete in Spy Classroom, Titan in takt op. Destiny, Akina Kubo in Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible, Yuka Iihara in PuraOre! Pride of Orange, and Mei in Tokyo Gambo. She also voices Shimamura in Adachi and Shimamura, Phyllo in Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town, Fatla in I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level, Maple in Nekopara, and Chizuru Sakaki in Muv-Luv Alternative. In the live-action tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Revice, she voiced the character Lovekov. More recent roles include Machina in Demon Lord 2099, Hime Saeki in the film Ganbatte Ikimasshoi, and Yasumi Utatane in Seiyū Radio no Ura Omote.

Beyond voice acting, Itō has a successful and active music career. She was a member of the voice actress unit StylipS, which she joined in 2013. In 2015, she formed the duo Pyxis with fellow voice actress Moe Toyota, and they have released several albums and singles. As a solo artist under the label Nippon Columbia, she made her debut in October 2016 with the single Awa to Verbena. She has since released multiple singles and albums, with several of her releases charting well on the Oricon charts, such as her 2020 single Kokou no Hikari Lonely dark, which peaked at number seven.

Her contributions to the industry have been recognized with awards. In 2019, she won the Best Voice Actress award at the Grajapa! Award. She continues to be an active and prominent figure in both voice acting and music, with a career that spans animation, video games, live-action series, and live musical performances.
