Over thirty years after a witch cast a sleeping spell on the Kingdom of Amaryllis, the wandering prince Alec, third prince of the neighboring Kingdom of Rudbeckia, sets out to break the curse. He expects to follow the classic fairy‑tale steps: slay the dragon guarding the castle, climb the tower, and kiss the sleeping princess to awaken her and lift the enchantment over the entire land. But when he reaches the princess’s chamber, he discovers not one but seven princesses—Flora, Chiara, Claire, Mia, Charlotte, Yuka (also referred to as Euchar), and Eliza—each of whom has been kissed awake. The rest of the kingdom’s people, however, remain in deep sleep. With no immediate solution, Alec must take responsibility and live together with the seven princesses in the now‑empty castle while they investigate the origins of the curse and search for a way to break it completely.
