Description
Kokoro Tsurumaki, a third-year student at Hanasakigawa Girls' High School, leads the band Hello, Happy World! as its vocalist. Her lifelong mission, driving both her actions and the band's core motivation, is to make the entire world smile.

Born into exceptional wealth, she resides in one of her area's largest houses. Her family's extensive private properties encompass a private beach, a mountain, and a vacation home on "Happy Happy Island." This affluent background results in limited understanding of everyday conveniences or struggles, occasionally manifesting as ignorance about commonplace life aspects.

Physically, she possesses long, straight platinum blonde hair reaching her waist and large, rounded yellow eyes. Her bangs are unevenly cut, separated into two sections with thin forelocks touching her shoulders. Initial outfits feature a red-and-white striped T-shirt with fluttery sleeves under blue denim short overalls, often accessorized with a red ribbon hair tie on her wrist. Seasonal variations include a red pixelated snowman sweater with knitted shorts for winter and a white-and-blue T-shirt with denim shorts for summer.

Her personality radiates overwhelming optimism, energy, and charisma. Her bright, bubbly nature effortlessly draws others towards her, inspiring them to match her enthusiastic pace. She commands a naturally imposing presence, achieving her desires with relative ease. Highly curious and easily fascinated, she exhibits open-mindedness towards new experiences, such as developing an unexpected fondness for zombies after media exposure. However, she is notably scatterbrained, relying on bandmates for focus and organization. She claims unfamiliarity with sadness or stress, actively combating any encountered negativity.

As a leader, she seeks out activities deemed fun or meaningful, pursuing them with single-minded determination once resolved. Her perpetually dazzling eyes reflect a constant sense of wonder. Despite general capability, her comprehension of ordinary societal norms remains limited by her privileged upbringing.

Within Hello, Happy World!, she spearheads initiatives spreading joy through music and unconventional events. This includes larger collaborative performances, like in *BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage*, where her band performs alongside six others, including Morfonica and RAISE A SUILEN. Specific Hello, Happy World! songs performed include "Goka! Gokai!? Phantom Thief!" and "We Can☆Hurray!", along with the collaborative encore "RASHAPEOPLE!" alongside RAISE A SUILEN.

Trivia notes include her tendency to address everyone by first names without honorifics. She is the sole member of her school's Astronomy Club, reportedly established by faculty to accommodate her late-night activities. She uses a personalized train pass displaying "Tsurumaki" instead of a monetary balance. Her physical agility allows acrobatics like backflips even in restrictive clothing. Instances of instant mastery in skills like horse riding, taiko drumming, and juggling suggest exceptional latent talents. Her name translates to "heart" (心), aligning thematically with her life philosophy.
