Together, they habitually target a smaller, fox-like yōkai for torment through verbal harassment, physical attacks, and theft. They snatch items the Little Fox discovers, like a white hat or a watch, tossing them between themselves to taunt him. On one occasion, they stole fish from him, though the Little Fox later reclaimed them after gaining strength. During an Autumn Festival, they framed the Little Fox by toppling a bucket, causing a human to blame him while he was in fox form. This led the exorcist Shuuichi Natori to intervene, prompting the pair to flee once they realized Natori could see and confront them. Their actions reveal a pattern of bullying weaker yōkai for amusement, retreating only when faced with significant threats. Credited as the "Blue Ox-Faced Yōkai," he appears in the film *The Waking Rock and the Strange Visitor*, where his role aligns with this established behavior. Their motivations and relationships remain unchanged beyond this antagonistic role across documented media.
