Victor Frankenstein, a scientist and relation to the original Dr. Frankenstein, wears glasses and dedicates his work to creating the ultimate human. He succeeds when Julian awakens on his operating table. Dr. Death then takes control of Julian, bewitching him and transforming Julian into the Frankenstein monster.
