Description
Mulu-elu Galu-gu, a Bilusaludo alien, serves as a Lieutenant Colonel and Technical Officer in the United Earth forces. Standing 185 centimeters tall with a muscular build, dark skin, gray hair, and brown eyes, he resembles a human in his mid-thirties.

As a superior engineer, Galu-gu commanded Project Mechagodzilla during the 2046 Hamamatsu defense against Godzilla. Following Mechagodzilla's failure to activate, he evacuated Earth aboard the Aratrum. During the subsequent 22-year voyage, he served on the ship's Central Committee under Bilusaludo chieftain Halu-elu Dolu-do. Privately, he discussed Haruo Sakaki's anti-Godzilla strategy with Exif archbishop Metphies, expressing skepticism about humanity's chances while hinting at Bilusaludo conquest ambitions had Mechagodzilla succeeded.

Upon the Aratrum's return to Earth, Galu-gu designed weaponry for the operation against Godzilla Filius in Tanzawa Pass. He oversaw the deployment of Multipodal Batteries and explosives that buried the creature, enabling Haruo to destroy it with EMP probes. When the 300-meter Godzilla Earth emerged, Galu-gu fled but was captured by the indigenous Houtua tribe. He initially advocated exterminating them to escape, dismissing the Houtua as primitive "insects."

Discovering Houtua arrowheads contained Nanometal—the autonomous material used in Mechagodzilla—Galu-gu proposed locating its source to develop new weapons. This led to the discovery of "Mechagodzilla City," a Nanometal replication of the original facility. Reactivating Mechagodzilla's AI, Galu-gu seized control of the City and devised a plan to trap Godzilla Earth in liquid Nanometal and destroy its dorsal plates. During this operation, his true ideology surfaced: he viewed assimilation into the Nanometal as evolutionary advancement, believing it would create a "world of perfect logic" free from human emotion. He considered it an honor as Bilusaludo volunteers began merging with the City.

When Haruo opposed assimilation, Galu-gu argued defeating Godzilla required transcending humanity, stating: "All monsters, and Godzilla, are called monsters because it cannot be defeated by people. To defeat what has surpassed human intellect is no longer within the category of human achievement." During Godzilla's assault on the City, Galu-gu fused himself with the Nanometal in the control room, attempting to persuade others to join him. He expressed disappointment that Haruo rejected assimilation, hoping he was "different" from other humans. Galu-gu perished when Haruo destroyed the control room to halt the Nanometal's planetary spread.

Galu-gu exhibited a stern, militaristic personality centered on technological supremacy and Bilusaludo racial superiority. He dismissed emotion and individuality as weaknesses, embracing cold logic even at the cost of biological existence. His relationships were transactional: he respected Haruo's determination but scorned his humanity, cooperated with Metphies while mocking Exif beliefs, and viewed the Houtua as expendable obstacles.
