Franck Dacquin is a Franco-Belgian actor primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the French-language voices for numerous characters in anime series and films. Born on April 7, 1965, in Argenteuil, France, he has been based in Belgium since 1988 and is active in the dubbing industry there.

Dacquin has built a substantial portfolio of anime voice roles across a wide variety of popular series. He is notably recognized for his work in long-running franchises. He voices Yukichi Fukuzawa, the president of the Armed Detective Agency, in the series Bungo Stray Dogs. In the One Piece franchise, he has taken on several roles, including Spandam in the film One Piece: Gold and the formidable Fleet Admiral Sakazuki, also known as Akainu, in One Piece: Stampede. He is also the voice of the strategic General Hans von Zettour in Saga of Tanya the Evil, a role he reprised for the series' film adaptation.

His film work also includes significant roles in major animated features. He voiced the Bilusaludo technical officer Galu-Gu Mulu-Elu in the Godzilla anime film trilogy, which includes Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters and Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle.
