Description
Fleur-de-lis, also known as Lysandre, leads Team Flare and directs Lysandre Labs in Kalos. He first emerges observing Alain within ancient ruins, remotely contacting him via Holo Caster to pinpoint a Mega Stone's location and track his progress. During this encounter, Fleur-de-lis challenges Alain to battle for the Ampharosite, defeats him, and recruits him for a secret research project on Mega Evolution's energy. He supplies Alain with a Key Stone and Charizardite X, demanding secrecy from Professor Sycamore to prevent others from misusing their findings.
Traveling to Hoenn, Fleur-de-lis oversees Alain's activities, intervening in a battle between Alain and Steven Stone. He facilitates their introduction and joint exploration of ruins housing an ancient Giant Rock. Their research inadvertently summons Rayquaza, causing significant destruction. Following this, Fleur-de-lis directs Alain to investigate similar energy readings near Rustboro City, while discreetly monitoring Steven for his valuable Mega Evolution knowledge.

Defeated, he activates the Giant Rock to transform it into a Zygarde duplicate and annihilate all life. This plan is thwarted by Squishy and Z2 merging into Zygarde Complete Forme, which destroys the Giant Rock. Fleur-de-lis is engulfed by Zygarde's Core Enforcer.
