Hideaki Tezuka is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on December 5, 1954, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of Kokugakuin University, where he studied economics, and is affiliated with the theatre company Seinenza Theater Company, having trained as part of its research institute's fourth class. His career began in the 1980s with appearances in live-action television dramas and films, including roles in the Super Sentai series Chojin Sentai Jetman.

From the 1990s onward, Tezuka expanded his career to include voice acting, becoming known for his deep and commanding voice. He frequently voices characters in positions of authority, such as military leaders, mentors, and villains. In anime, he is widely recognized for his long-running role as the Fourth Raikage, A, in the Naruto: Shippuden series and its related films and video games. He also provided the voice for Dhalis Zachary in Attack on Titan, Suberoa Zinneman in the Mobile Suit Gundam UC series, and the villain Lysandre in Pokémon the Series: XY.
