Oryou is a character in the anime Moeyo Ken, which is set in an alternate Meiji-era Kyoto where humans and supernatural beings coexist. She is the mother of Ryunosuke Sakamoto and the wife of Sakamoto Ryoma, placing her within a family legacy that is central to the story's world. She is a Japanese woman with dark green hair and violet eyes, and she appears in both the original animation and the later television version of the series.
