This directly conflicts with Time Paladin Sakura's mission to maintain historical integrity. An exceptional athlete and top academic, Suginami possesses an unsettling personality that drives others away; he frequently teases Mako and involves Jun'ichi in various incidents. His operations employ specialized equipment: an extendable cane, razor-sharp feathers, and a hemispherical aircraft piloted by Nemu and Miharu. The stolen artifacts are stored in his office for safekeeping, justified as protecting historical heritage. This makes him an antagonist to the Time Paladins despite potential alignment in historical preservation goals.
