Masako appears in the "Detective George's Mini-Mini Big Strategy" segment. Introduced as Asami Ashikawa, a young girl fleeing men in black, she enters a building during her escape and discovers the Kirishima Detective Agency. Hearing a voice in the seemingly empty room, she encounters George Kirishima, a private detective of exceptionally small stature, establishing their initial connection. Following this encounter, Masako/Asami becomes involved with George's detective work, taking on a role as his assistant. Her daily responsibilities include practical tasks like assisting with meals. One incident involves her inadvertently trapping George inside a refrigerator during a disagreement over food preparation; the situation escalates when George attempts to warm himself inside, accidentally awakening a cockroach that subsequently chases him. Her interactions with George extend beyond routine assistance to accompanying him during investigations. She participates in an outdoor excursion where George operates a remote-controlled car. When the car becomes stuck in mud, a girl George had previously antagonized intervenes and rescues him, taking him to her home to dress him as a doll and involve him in play.
