Description
Koami is a Puchidol character from the Puchimas! spin-off of The Idolmaster franchise. She forms one half of a twin pair with Komami, both resembling Ami Futami. Uniquely, they were adopted by Takane Shijou, differing from the typical Puchidol adoption pattern.
Koami features a super-deformed, chibi appearance consistent with Puchidols, characterized by brown hair in a side ponytail secured with a hair bobble and brown eyes. Her personality is mischievous, sharing a penchant for pranks with her twin, often causing minor disruptions within the 765 Production office.
She communicates with distinct vocalizations, primarily uttering "Toka!" as her characteristic cry. Koami and Komami use affectionate, slightly mispronounced terms like "Niichaa/Neechaa" and "Niikaa/Neekaa" for individuals they hold affection for, especially Takane and the Producer. Discovered by Azusa Miura, they came to 765 Production and now reside with Takane; one of their first actions was performing a coordinated drop kick on her.
Their mischievous activities frequently cause minor chaos. One incident saw a prank by Koami and Komami lead Chibiki and Yayo into an adventure involving entangled hair, illustrating the unintended consequences of their antics. While living with Takane, their playful and troublesome nature thematically aligns them with the original Futami twins, Ami and Mami.
