Panda resided in Tokyo and fell in with Inca Kasugatani and her accomplice Sancho, who was also his brother. He had a stout physique marked by a large chin, small eyes, and prominent under-eye bags. His usual outfit consisted of a varsity jacket displaying a stylized 'P' with animal-like eyes on the chest, paired with a bandana. When engaging in activities alongside Inca and Sancho, he concealed his face with a skull-patterned balaclava mask. Panda and Sancho first encountered Inca in a park, where she reprimanded them for being late. Panda apologized for their delay, while Sancho deflected blame onto Panda for oversleeping, though Sancho confirmed their preparations were complete as instructed. Panda handed Inca her hoodie and questioned her ability to predict fires. The trio then pulled on their masks, ready to exploit Inca's foresight for opportunistic activities during impending fires. During one such operation, Inca awakened her Ignition Ability and used it to kill Panda. His death came abruptly when she engulfed him in lethal flames, an act she committed to prevent Charon of the White-Clad from killing him first. This intervention secured Inca's willing departure with the White-Clad. Panda returned to life following the second Great Cataclysm. Shinra Kusakabe manipulated time to reverse the catastrophic event and rearrange reality, inadvertently restoring Panda to existence alongside others who had perished.
