Chocolat, a Sweets Spirit hailing from the Sweets Kingdom, partners with Makoto Kashino, one of the Sweets Princes at St. Marie Academy. Specializing in chocolate-based confections, she aspires to become a Court Patissiere. Physically, Chocolat possesses long, straight dark brown hair, maroon eyes, and fair skin. Her attire consists of a brown and red maid dress paired with a red apron, light brown leggings extending past her knees, and brown Mary Jane shoes. A red headdress featuring light red ribbons sits atop her head, complemented by fairy wings on her back. She uniquely wields a golden fork as her magical utensil, setting her apart from most Sweets Spirits who carry spoons.

Exhibiting a competitive and tsundere personality, Chocolat often presents a critical or aloof front, yet harbors underlying loyalty and dedication. She shares a direct and sometimes blunt approach with Kashino. Easily frightened, particularly by darkness, she nonetheless assists Ichigo Amano when necessary, revealing a cooperative side beneath her competitive exterior. During events like the Cake Grand Prix, Chocolat collaborates with fellow Sweets Spirits, including Vanilla, despite their past conflicts. Her magic centers on chocolate craftsmanship, and she trains rigorously alongside Kashino to hone their skills. In *Yumeiro Pâtissière SP Professional*, she continues as Kashino's partner following his accelerated advancement due to top academic performance in Paris.
