Yuri Yamaoka is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Holy Peak. She was born on July 7 in Saitama Prefecture and began her career in 2009. Her debut anime role was as Beelzebub in the series Umineko: When They Cry.

Yamaoka has built a career with a wide range of roles across television anime, films, and video games. She is known for voicing Ai Shindō in the Kyoto Animation series Beyond the Boundary and its film sequel. In the same studio's Sound! Euphonium franchise, she plays Yūko Yoshikawa, a character whose experience as a trumpeter mirrors Yamaoka's own musical background; she played trumpet throughout middle and high school and won a gold medal in a national brass band competition. She also voices Choi Mochimazzi in Tamako Market and Tamako Love Story.

Beyond her work with Kyoto Animation, Yamaoka has notable roles in several other popular series. She is part of the ensemble cast of Shirobako, where she voices Erika Yano, as well as Tatiana Yakovleva. She portrays Yūki Utsugi in Girls und Panzer and its film, and she appears as Susumu Sonozaki in Saikyō Kamizmode! and as Yayoi-hime in Gunma-chan. In the WIXOSS franchise, she voices Aya in Lostorage incited WIXOSS and Lostorage conflated WIXOSS. Her other anime credits include Saki Kondo in Cinderella Nine, Nobuchina Takada in Nora, Princess, and Stray Cat, and Fumi Hoshiya in Crazy Over His Fingers.

In video games, Yamaoka has an extensive list of credits. She provides the voices for several characters in Azur Lane, including Admiral Hipper, and is the voice of Conviction in Arknights. Her other game roles include Obrona in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Manon Hoshigaki in Tokyo 7th Sisters, and Remilia Scarlet in Touhou Lost Word.
