TV-Series
Description
Kelly is a civilian resident of Metro City in the 2001 *Transformers: Robots in Disguise* series. She becomes unintentionally entangled in clashes between the Autobots and Predacons. Her most significant involvement occurs when she test-drives a red sports car targeted by Sky-Byte due to an energy bomb terrorists concealed inside it. Sky-Byte's attack causes substantial damage to the vehicle. Side Burn rescues Kelly from falling debris during the chaos, though his primary aim was saving the car. Prowl later apologizes to Kelly for the destruction and danger caused by the Predacons.
Kelly experiences further Transformer encounters. In one incident, she confronts a subway worker about fare discrepancies after seeing another passenger avoid payment, demanding fairness and displaying assertiveness when perceiving injustice.
She also interacts directly with Side Burn, who attempts to woo her by emphasizing his emotional sensitivity and interest in romance films. Kelly firmly rejects his advances, stating she would "rather eat a mouthful of thumb tacks" than date him.
These events establish Kelly as a recurring human character whose experiences demonstrate the collateral impact of the Transformers' war on civilians. Kelly does not appear in other seasons, movies, OVAs, or spin-offs.
