Suzume is one of the three demon sisters called the Butterfly Triplets, who lead a society opposing the Lotus Association. She can transform into a butterfly and usually displays her demonic powers without concealment. Along with her sisters, she captured a girl named Yūrika in the "Beautiful Girl Imprisonment Incident," expressing a wish to play with her as a doll. Their activities with Yūrika involved dressing her in various outfits, including a nurse uniform, a kindergarten costume, and a bunny outfit. They tickled her with sticks while she wore the bunny outfit and tied her naked with pink ribbons as a Christmas activity. For a time, the Butterfly Triplets held an interest in publishing yaoi dōjinshi featuring the character Tōka. Suzume bears a strong resemblance to her sisters but is recognized as slightly more malicious.
