Description
Mikako Satsukitane is the student council president at Sorami Academy. She hails from a family with significant influence in Sorami City, serving as the heiress to a powerful yakuza organization. This position grants her substantial wealth and access to weapons, including firearms and military-grade equipment. Her family reportedly appropriates portions of the national budget, earning her the nickname "Black Money" in wealth-related contexts. Despite this background, she funds various school events and schemes for her friends.

Mikako maintains a calm, perpetually smiling demeanor but exhibits manipulative, cunning, and highly intelligent traits, often devising elaborate plans for personal entertainment. She displays a pronounced sadistic streak, particularly toward the underclassman Tomoki Sakurai, whom she frequently subjects to humiliating or dangerous situations like rigged tournaments or festivals. Her physical capabilities are exceptional, including a documented grip strength of 400 kilograms and combat skills matching her childhood friend Eishirou Sugata. She possesses extreme luck, such as discovering gold or oil through casual digging.

Her long-standing relationship with Eishirou Sugata is central, characterized by her persistent romantic advances combined with threats of violence. She affectionately calls him "Ei-kun," yet reacts aggressively to perceived romantic rivals, including pointing firearms at him. She interacts with Angeloids, training Astraea in combat, occasionally guiding Ikaros to express emotions, and taking in Oregano as a maid and enforcer.

Evidence hints at a possible non-human origin. Depictions of her with wings appear in Ikaros's memories in the second movie *Eternal My Master*. Manga chapter 77.6 implies hidden origins when Sugata questions her true birthday, a topic she avoids. Speculation suggests connections to Synapse, potentially as an angel operating within a human avatar, though this remains unconfirmed. Her technical abilities, such as hacking, further support this theory.

Across all media, including spin-offs like *Daisuki Desu! Mahou Tenshi Kosumasu* and *Yūryō Bukken Mō Dame Sō*, Mikako consistently displays violent tendencies and possessiveness toward Sugata, such as shooting him upon learning of his interactions with the Archangel Charon. Her role in *The Angeloid of Clockwork* involves leveraging Hiyori Kazane's club membership to increase the New World Discovery Club's budget, indirectly forcing Tomoki's participation in activities.
