Description
Anna Stephanie, a 14-year-old participant in the Cosmic Culture Club, a United Nations peace initiative in an alternate 1996 where Cold War hostilities endure, navigates a fractured solar system with intuition and empathy. Her capacity to recognize core humanity in others proves vital upon meeting Eiji, a half-Gradosian pilot covertly alerting Earth to his species’ impending invasion. After Gradosian forces obliterate the UN Mars base, she survives alongside five others, stranded on the red planet. Defying her companions’ distrust, she forges a tentative alliance with Eiji, mediating tensions between the stranded group and their conflicted extraterrestrial informant. While fellow survivors fluctuate between panic and aggression, her calm introspection anchors their collective resolve, balancing survival pragmatism with compassion. Throughout the conflict, she upholds a steadfast commitment to reconciliation, her perspective chronicled in supplementary records like an illustrated diary detailing the war’s personal toll. Spin-offs and auxiliary media maintain this portrayal without expanding her narrative arc.
