At Stark Mountain, he seeks to harness the power of the Legendary Pokémon Heatran, aiming to advance the team's unknown objectives. His actions trigger Heatran's rampage, drawing intervention from International Police agent Looker and trainer Buck. With aid from two Team Galactic Grunts, Charon evades capture and escapes the confrontation.
