Fred Mascarenhas is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, and dubbing director, born in Rio de Janeiro on April 26, 1978. He has built a extensive career lending his voice to a wide array of characters in anime, films, and television series.

In the realm of anime, Mascarenhas is widely recognized for his portrayal of the Hero Public Safety Commission's No. 2 Hero, Hawks, in the popular series My Hero Academia. He also voiced the character in the film My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. His work on the Pokémon franchise includes the role of Blue in Pokémon Generations, Pluto in the same series, and Palmer in Pokémon Evolutions. His other anime credits include Leopold Vermillion in Black Clover, Ryūhō de Dragão in Os Cavaleiros do Zodíaco: Ômega, and roles in Tokyo Revengers and The Fruit of Evolution.
