Description
Weather Report emerges as an amnesiac inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison, later unmasked as the fraternal twin of Enrico Pucci, born Domenico Pucci. Swapped at birth with a dead infant by a mourning woman, his survival fabricated the Pucci family’s belief in their child’s death. Raised as Wes Bluemarine, he remained oblivious to his origins until adolescence. While working as a juice delivery boy, he defended Perla Pucci from a thief, igniting an ill-fated romance—unaware they shared a blood bond as siblings. Enrico, discovering their relation, orchestrated their separation by manipulating Ku Klux Klan members into targeting Wes. The ambush left him lynched and near death. Perla, believing him deceased, took her own life, while Wes survived through his dormant Stand’s intervention.
Haunted by loss, Wes repeatedly attempted suicide, but his Stand, Weather Report, instinctively thwarted each attempt through calculated atmospheric interventions. Consumed by vengeance, he slaughtered the KKK leader before confronting Enrico, who erased his memories using Whitesnake’s DISC extraction. Framed for Perla’s murder, Wes was imprisoned under the alias "Weather Report," adopted from his Stand’s title.
As an amnesiac, he exhibited reserved eccentricity, expressing himself through silent gestures and proximity. His innate morality drove him to ally with Jolyne Cujoh, aiding her mission to reclaim Jotaro Kujo’s stolen Stand DISC. Weather Report’s abilities enabled tactical weather control: conjuring wind shields, cloaking allies in protective clouds, and summoning lethal frog downpours against foes.
Regaining memories via Donatello Versus’s Underworld unleashed a volatile transformation, stripping away his amnesiac restraint. Unleashing his Stand’s suppressed "Heavy Weather" power, he warped sunlight into subliminal rainbows, inducing hallucinatory snail transformations that warped victims’ bodies. This chaotic force mirrored his fractured psyche and seething hatred for Enrico and humanity.
Single-minded in pursuit of vengeance, Weather Report cornered Enrico, freezing the atmosphere to immobilize him. A momentary distraction by Jolyne enabled Enrico’s fatal strike, though Weather Report secured his Stand DISC for allies before dying. Posthumously, his power aided Emporio Alniño in defeating Enrico, avenging their shared tragedy.
Physically imposing, he wore a buffalo-horned hat and dark bodysuit. After Enrico fused with the Green Baby, a star-shaped birthmark surfaced on Weather Report’s shoulder, mirroring his brother’s—a grim testament to their bond.
His arc wove identity, trauma, and vengeance into a destructive cycle. From fractured nobility to apocalyptic fury, his struggle highlighted the corrosive weight of buried memories, sealing his legacy as both martyr and catalyst within the narrative’s crescendo.
