TV-Series
Description
Ilioukhine is a Russian Robo Chojin possessing the Aircraft Genetic ability, transforming into various aircraft for flight and combat. Initially a brutal competitor in the Chojin Olympics: The Resurrection, he becomes Russia's champion by killing opponents Power Command Joe and Mad Penguin during a beach flags race, decapitating one and bisecting the other mid-transformation. His cold, merciless personality shifts after partnering with Meat Alexandria in the three-legged race preliminary; Meat's advice secures them second place.

During his quarter-final match against Kevin Mask, Ilioukhine employs transformations like Stealth Genetic and Virtalyot Genetic. Kevin targets his critical gyro-compass balance component, defeating him after 17 minutes with the OLAP technique and tearing off his arms. Meat saves him from a fatal fall, forging a bond. This loss catalyzes Ilioukhine's redemption, transitioning from villain to an Idol Chojin aligned with Mantaro Kinniku's faction.

In the Demon Seed arc, Ilioukhine battles Meltdown to rescue Meat's captured arm suspended over a demon-summoning cauldron. Meltdown exploits Ilioukhine's unhealed injuries and manipulates him psychologically, claiming Meat resents him. Mantaro reveals Meat's cheering torso, reinvigorating Ilioukhine. He defeats Meltdown using the Turbulence attack, sending Meat's arm to safety before the ring collapses into hell, resulting in their mutual demise. Ilioukhine is later resurrected by the Reborn Diamond and aids Mantaro against Reborn Ashuraman.

During the Ultimate Chojin Tag Tournament arc, Ilioukhine joins the Time Warp 8, traveling to the past to prevent Robin Mask's death and Kevin Mask's erasure. He retrieves the Tokyo Jumbo Sight for a time machine and teams with Barrierfreeman as the Fireball Flying Fogey Squad. In a battle royal against the Five Disasters, they sacrifice themselves to save Mantaro, intercepting Neptuneman and Seiuchin's Optical Fiber Cross Bomber. Their spirits later motivate Geronimo to defeat Thunder.

His techniques include aircraft-based attacks: Death Mamalyot (wing slashes), Siberian Tarurana (helicopter-blade dive), and Around the World of Hell (successive Tiger Suplexes). Physically, he stands 227 cm tall, weighs 176 kg, and features plane-like turbines on his shoulders with wing-shaped arms. In *Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix 2*, his fighting style emphasizes forward-rushing moves for whiff-punishing, though his limited moveset renders him one-dimensional against adaptable opponents.
