Description
Ilioukhine, known as Comrade Turbinski in some adaptations, is a Russian Robo Choujin, a classification indicating he is a cyborg similar to Warsman. He stands 227 centimeters tall and weighs 176 kilograms, with a humanoid form that features plane-like turbines on his shoulders and wing-shaped arms.

Ilioukhine first appears as a ruthless and merciless competitor during the Chojin Olympics: The Resurrection arc. His initial personality is that of a brutal Zangyaku Choujin, or brutal superhuman, who shows no remorse for his opponents. This is demonstrated during the preliminary beach flags race, where he transforms into an airplane and kills two fellow competitors, Mad Penguin and Power Command Joe, by decapitating one and bisecting the other. His fighting philosophy at this time is centered on victory at any cost, with a cold and efficient demeanor.

A significant turning point for Ilioukhine occurs during the three-legged race preliminary, where he is partnered with Meat Alexandria. Despite Ilioukhine's initial lack of cooperation, Meat's advice helps the pair secure second place, planting the first seeds of a partnership. His complete transformation from villain to ally is catalyzed by his quarter-final match against Kevin Mask. During this intense battle, Kevin Mask identifies and targets Ilioukhine's critical weak point, a gyro-compass inside his chest that maintains his balance. After a brutal seventeen-minute fight, Kevin tears off Ilioukhine's arms and defeats him with the OLAP technique. As a defeated and helpless Ilioukhine plummets from the elevated Sky-Cube Ring, Meat Alexandria saves him from a fatal crash, an act of mercy that deeply affects the cyborg warrior. This event fundamentally changes Ilioukhine, instilling in him a profound respect for his savior and leading him to abandon his cruel ways to join the side of the Justice Choujins, also known as Idol Choujins.

Following his redemption, Ilioukhine's primary motivation becomes loyalty and protection, particularly towards Meat Alexandria. Their bond is the central relationship of his character, making him closer to Meat than any other figure. He operates as a steadfast ally to Mantaro Kinniku and the other Idol Choujins, often risking himself for their sake. His most defining act of heroism occurs during the Demon Seed arc, where he battles the villain Meltdown. The fight takes place in a special ring suspended over a boiling cauldron, with Meat's severed left arm dangling over the pot, creating a dire time limit for Ilioukhine. Meltdown, a fellow transforming Choujin who turns into a motorcycle, uses psychological warfare and targets Ilioukhine's unhealed arm injuries from his previous defeat. Reinforced by Meat's cheering torso, Ilioukhine overcomes his self-doubt and defeats Meltdown with his Turbulence technique. However, the ring collapses, and Ilioukhine chooses to use his last jet blast to propel Meat's arm to safety before falling into the depths, seemingly to his death. He is later resurrected by the Reborn Diamond and continues to fight as an ally.

In the Ultimate Choujin Tag Tournament arc, Ilioukhine further demonstrates his evolved heroic nature by joining the Time Warp 8 to travel to the past and prevent the death of Robin Mask. He also teams up with Barrierfreeman to form the tag team Fireball Flying Fogey Squad. In a preliminary battle royal, they heroically sacrifice themselves to protect Mantaro Kinniku from a devastating attack by the Hell Expansions, with Ilioukhine's recorded final message on his black box revealing they chose this kamikaze act to give the younger generation a better chance at winning the tournament. His spirit later appears to support the hero Geronimo in a subsequent match, solidifying his legacy as a true hero.

Ilioukhine's defining ability is his Aircraft Genetic, which allows him to transform into various real-world aircraft for combat and flight. These transformations include a Stealth F-117 Nighthawk (Stealth Genetic), an AH-64 Apache helicopter (Virtalyot Genetic), a MiG-25 Foxbat (MiG Genetic), a B-29 Superfortress, a Supermarine Spitfire, and a Zero Fighter, among others. His techniques incorporate these forms. Death Samolyót, also known as Wing Clipper, involves transforming into a fighter jet to slash an opponent with his wings. The Turbulence is his signature finishing move, where he transforms into a plane, flies into the opponent, flips into a full nelson, and dive-bombs them headfirst into the canvas. The Siberian Tarurana has him transform into a helicopter and dive, slicing the opponent's back with his rotor blades. Another powerful technique is Around the World of Hell, a series of successive Tiger suplexes. In the video game Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix 2, his fighting style is characterized by his forward-moving attacks, which are excellent for punishing opponents' mistakes, though he is considered a one-dimensional character with few options if this strategy fails. His one known weakness is his gyro-compass, which, if damaged or its rotation countered, leaves him disoriented and vulnerable.
