Kōichi Tōchika, also known as Kōichi Toochika, is a Japanese voice actor born on October 20, 1971, in Osaka Prefecture. He was raised in Yamaguchi Prefecture and is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society (Haikyo). He is a graduate of the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy.

Tōchika began his voice acting career in the early 1990s. One of his first major leading roles was En Daidouji, also known as Fire En, in the 1996 television series Brave Command Dagwon. Throughout his career, he has become known for providing voices for a wide range of characters, from heroes and rivals to supporting figures in long-running franchises.

He is widely recognized for his long-standing portrayal of Neji Hyūga across the Naruto franchise, including the original Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, and multiple theatrical films. Another significant role is Hawkmon in the Digimon franchise, including the series Digimon Adventure 02 and the films Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning and Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna. His other prominent anime roles include Ryu Amakusa in Tantei Gakuen Q, Check Mate and Ilioukhine in Kinnikuman Nisei, Taishi Kuhonbutsu in Comic Party, Hazel Grouse in the Saiyuki Reload series, Peath Glinhouse in Back Arrow, and Toyohiro Kanedaichi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable. In addition to anime, he has voiced characters in video games such as the水之旋律 (Water no Senritsu) series and the Growlanser series.

Beyond animation, Tōchika has an extensive career in tokusatsu productions, most notably providing the voice of the Secret Lantern Daigoyou in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger and its subsequent film appearances. His career has continued into the 2020s with roles in series such as BACK ARROW and the reboot Tokyo Mew Mew NEW.
