Ilioukhine, alias Comrade Turbinski in English, is a Russian Robo Choujin cyborg superhuman. His Aircraft Genetic ability allows transformation into combat aircraft like stealth bombers, helicopters, or MiG-29 Fulcrums and Zero Fighters, enabling flight. He stands 227 cm tall, weighs 176 kg, and has a Choujin Power rating of 1,200,000, with aircraft-inspired design elements including wing-like arms and turbine shoulders.
Debuting in the Choujin Olympics: The Resurrection arc, Ilioukhine fought brutally, decapitating Mad Penguin and slicing Power Command Joe in half during a Beach Flags race. In the Sky-Cube Ring semifinals against Kevin Mask, a 17-minute clash featured techniques like Axe Bomber, Siberian Tarurana, and Big Ben Collapse before Kevin disabled his gyro-compass and won with OLAP. As Kevin discarded him from the ring, Meat saved him from a career-ending fall. This act shifted Ilioukhine from Zangyaku to Seigi Choujin, forging deep loyalty to Meat.
