Ayaka Minami is the homeroom teacher at the affluent Shukusei Music Academy. She possesses a physically attractive and curvaceous appearance. Her duties include handling dormitory management issues and coordinating major school events, such as informing the impostor dorm manager about an upcoming reunion with the dean and a special guest.

Shuusaku Itou, the protagonist who fraudulently assumed the dorm manager role, targets Ayaka as part of his broader campaign of harassment and blackmail against the academy's students and staff. He subjects her to persistent, unwarranted phone calls under the guise of discussing dormitory affairs. This harassment escalates into an invasive pattern, culminating in Shuusaku drugging and sexually assaulting her.

Within the game's narrative and mechanics, Ayaka's experiences are linked to the fates of the students. Achieving the optimal Golden Ending requires Shuusaku to successfully coerce and victimize Ayaka alongside all other female characters. This pathway leads to a metaphysical confrontation that breaches the fourth wall, revealing the player's indirect involvement. In this ending, Eri Takabe confesses affection towards the player, triggering a reality shift where Shuusaku ceases to exist and the cycle of abuse resets.

Ayaka Minami also appears in the animated adaptation "Shusaku the Letch: Replay".
