Chizuko Hoshino is a Japanese voice actress born on June 21, 1970, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab. Hoshino is a graduate of the Baobab School's seventh class and was also a member of the theater group Sugoroku until January 2011. She is known for her distinct soprano voice and began her career in the 1990s.

Hoshino's most recognized and long-running role is as Ogin Uonome, also known as Ogin of the埼玉红蝎队, in the long-running anime series Crayon Shin-chan. She voices this character in both the television series and the theatrical films. Her other notable anime roles include Mayumi Tachibana in Kakyuusei, Otoha Kohinata and Bisaimu in Happiness!, Otoha Kohinata in the Happiness!
