Tasked by the angel leader Super Zeus, he bears the critical mission to locate a "Jikai" (Next World), ensuring angelic survival amid escalating conflicts with demonic forces. This directive arises from the collapse of peace across the three spheres—angel, demon, and human worlds—particularly after demons developed advanced biotechnology to create mechanical bodies and launched attacks on Earth.
Initially known as Saint Phoenix, he holds the designation of a rare "Head type" seal in the Akuma vs. Tenshi series, signifying his leadership status among angels. His early responsibilities involve assembling warriors to defend against demonic incursions. During these efforts, he undergoes a significant transformation, powering up to become Head Rokoko, thereby enhancing his capabilities for the ongoing conflict.
His quest intensifies when confronting a corrupted Zeus, who seeks to engulf the world in darkness.
