Description
Luffy emerges as a central figure in the First Story Arc of the Gall Force metaseries, starting with Eternal Story. Serving as an ace Attacker pilot within the Akonka'guya battlegroup, she achieves over 100 confirmed kills, gaining renown for exceptional combat skills despite a recurring pattern of her squadrons being destroyed. Her prowess extends beyond piloting to effective hand-to-hand combat, even in basic struggle suits.

Introduced during an emergency landing on the Star Leaf after her fighter is damaged and her squadron annihilated, Luffy displays a hotheaded, rebellious streak, frequently clashing with authority and crewmates like Rabby. Beneath this brash exterior lies a strong sense of duty and loyalty to the Solnoid cause and her comrades, evident when she rescues a panicking Pony during a critical spacewalk repair.

Luffy's defining act in Eternal Story is a heroic sacrifice. Facing a Paranoid attack in the Alpha-12 system, she volunteers to hold off enemy drones alone in her struggle suit, enabling the Star Leaf's lightspeed escape. She is left adrift in space alongside a Bronze-D mobile weapon, presumed dead.

A decade later in Destruction, the Solnoid battlegroup Lorelai discovers Luffy's preserved body within the Alpha-12 debris field. Advanced medical technology revives her from suspended animation. Initially disoriented and confronted with the realities of the Species Unification Plan, Luffy grapples with her ingrained belief in Solnoid supremacy. Despite skepticism, she allies with the new Gall Force crew to disable a System Destroyer weapon threatening Earth. She actively participates in combat, destroying a Paranoid capital ship, yet maintains her conviction in the necessity of Solnoid victory.

In Stardust War, Luffy continues collaborating with Gall Force. Intelligence Captain Catty Nebulart reveals the full scope of the Species Unification Plan, prompting Luffy to join a mission urging Solnoid and Paranoid forces to cease fire. When peace efforts collapse due to leaders' intransigence, Luffy returns to combat, piloting a fighter against Paranoid forces. Her ultimate fate remains unresolved but is heavily implied to end with the cataclysmic mutual destruction unleashed by Planet Destroyer weapons.

Luffy reappears in the continuity reboot Gall Force: The Revolution, where the Solnoid-Paranoid war is replaced by a Solnoid civil war. She serves as the ace pilot for the West Force, operating a distinctive red mobile fighter. Her primary motivation shifts to forging a decisive rivalry with Rabby, now the top ace pilot for the opposing East Force. The conflict draws both forces to an unidentified planet following a detected transmission, where Luffy relentlessly pursues Rabby, reigniting their complex dynamic of antagonism and burgeoning camaraderie amidst the factional strife.

Visually, Luffy is consistently associated with green color-coding among the crew. Her core personality blends recklessness, exceptional combat prowess, and deep-seated loyalty, though her specific motivations adapt to the narrative context, centering entirely on surpassing Rabby in The Revolution.
