Description
Johngalli A is a blind assassin and minor antagonist in the series' sixth story arc. He deliberately framed Jolyne Cujoh for vehicular manslaughter, resulting in her imprisonment at Green Dolphin Street Prison. This was achieved by orchestrating an incident where a pedestrian was thrown before a car driven by Jolyne's boyfriend, followed by hiring a dishonest lawyer to manipulate Jolyne into admitting guilt.

As one of DIO's last remaining servants, Johngalli A holds deep resentment toward the Joestar bloodline stemming from DIO's downfall. He is depicted as a deeply loyal follower of DIO, though potentially never having met him personally. He collaborates with Enrico Pucci to exact revenge against Jotaro Kujo and his daughter, Jolyne. Before his own imprisonment, he served as a veteran sniper, assigned by DIO to protect Pucci. He is serving a 7-year sentence for murder.

Physically, Johngalli A stands at 185 cm with a medium-lean build. He has long, light-colored hair featuring a small braid bordering the left side of his face, and thin, vaguely tribal markings on his cheeks. Cataracts render his irises entirely white. He bears a tattoo of Earth on his back. His attire typically includes a plain shirt, dark trousers with distinctive circular cuts, and a holed tie ending in a square tip.

Johngalli A wields the Stand Manhattan Transfer, which heightens his sensitivity to air currents and enables him to redirect bullets mid-flight. Despite his blindness, he remains an adept marksman, disguising his sniper rifle as a cane. Manhattan Transfer allows him to detect movements and positions through air disturbances, making him a formidable long-range threat.

His narrative arc centers on ambushing Jolyne and Jotaro within Green Dolphin Street Prison. Using Manhattan Transfer, he snipes at them from a separate building while coordinating with Pucci's illusions. After Whitesnake incapacitates Jotaro, Johngalli A confronts Jolyne directly but underestimates her Stand, Stone Free. Jolyne redirects his bullets and defeats him in close combat. He later realizes his strategic error in focusing solely on Jotaro instead of Jolyne. Subsequently, Whitesnake executes him via a gunshot to the head, staging his death as a suicide to avoid suspicion.

Johngalli A became a follower of DIO at a young age. His military experience contributed to his proficiency as a sniper, though cataracts caused his blindness later. His actions are primarily driven by loyalty to DIO's legacy and a personal vendetta against the Joestar family.
