Turmeric is a young adult Cloud Fairy, appearing around twenty in human years, with blond hair and olive green eyes. His core duty is crafting and shaping clouds using his cello. Kind, thoughtful, and quietly focused, he possesses a consuming passion for perfecting his artistry, extending beyond cloud work to painting on canvas, as shown in the manga.

Widely recognized in the Fairy World, the Elder declares him the best Cloud Fairy and the most popular among their kind. Turmeric mentors younger fairies, especially Salt, serving as his role model. He shares cloud techniques and sparks Salt's ambition to become a Cloud Fairy.

Romantically disinterested, Turmeric explicitly states he has "no interest in that sort of thing" when asked for love advice, prioritizing his work. Despite this, the rain fairy Ginger harbors feelings for him. Turmeric typically remains unaware of her affection and equally oblivious to the Elder's own crush on Ginger.
