TV-Series
Description
Norma is a young girl living in the town of Muhlenberg. She is a classmate and one of the closest friends of Saga Bergman and Anne. She has blonde hair that reaches neck length and green eyes. Norma is a bubbly and somewhat scatterbrained individual who is deeply interested in fashion and new styles. She frequently changes her clothing in the manga, even more often than in the anime. She is also a devoted fan of the traveling play The Bear Pianist. Her eager and impressionable nature makes her quick to embrace trends, but she remains a loyal and caring friend.

Norma's main motivations revolve around her enthusiasm for fashion, entertainment, and spending time with her friends. She enjoys being part of school activities and sharing interests with others. In the story, Norma serves as a grounding human presence alongside Anne. Because she cannot see the season fairies, she perceives Saga's unusual behavior as confusing and worrisome. She notices that Saga begins acting strangely after the arrival of Sugar, but she continues to care for her friend despite not understanding the cause. Her role illustrates the ordinary human perspective on the extraordinary events surrounding the fairies.

Norma's key relationships are with Saga and Anne, with whom she forms a close trio at school. She is also a member of the broader class that includes characters such as Greta and Phil. While she does not undergo major personal development over the course of the series, her consistent presence highlights the contrast between the normal world and the magical happenings that Saga experiences. Norma has no supernatural abilities and remains an ordinary human girl who is unaware of the season fairies. Her primary notable traits are her fashion-forward personality and her steadfast friendship.
