Description
Oto Kogane, nineteen, is the acting president of Cat Productions, a talent agency run by one of her parents. Her petite frame, standing 1.41 meters tall and weighing 34 kilograms, coupled with her habit of dressing in little girl cosplay—often including a randoseru backpack—leads many to mistake her for an elementary school student. She possesses long, flowing white hair styled to form shapes like cat ears on top and frequently wears a dark headband that resembles rabbit ears.
A child prodigy, she left Japan to study abroad at a university in Massachusetts for four years, graduating at seventeen.
