He operates as a co-conspirator alongside Sabera and Goenitz in schemes to undermine Gamilas leader Dessler, actions ultimately drawing Emperor Zwordar's displeasure. Razera receives the critical task of delivering Emperor Zwordar's surrender ultimatum to Earth. He travels aboard his personal, unnamed Great Battleship-class flagship, escorted by destroyers. This fleet effortlessly neutralizes Earth's orbital defense satellites. Razera lands at Earth Defense Headquarters, presents the ultimatum, and departs immediately when Earth's leaders attempt negotiation. He reports Earth's refusal to Emperor Zwordar, prompting the Empire to demonstrate its power by obliterating a portion of Earth's moon. Later abandoned aboard the doomed Gatlantis base when Zwordar flees during the final battle, Razera meets his implied demise with the base's destruction.

Within the 2199 continuity, Razera holds the formal title of General Chairman of the Controlling Agency (alternately described as General Chairman of Military Affairs) for the Gatlantis Empire. This position involves bureaucratic oversight of occupation forces within star systems conquered by the Empire. This version is characterized as cunning and notably bureaucratic compared to other Gatlantean military leaders.

Razera's Great Battleship serves as his personal flagship across both iterations during the Earth ultimatum mission. This vessel, belonging to the Empire's Great Battleship class, demonstrates overwhelming superiority against Earth's defenses.
