Description
Omitsu, called Lucille in English adaptations, is a sheep animaloid living in Little Tokyo where she owns and operates a tea house. As a central social figure among the main characters, she stands 126 cm tall, weighs 31 kg, and displays ram-like horns suggesting Dorset Horn Sheep lineage. Her appearance includes black hair (occasionally blue in certain episodes), brown eyes, and a signature pink kimono.

Integrated homing missile launchers hidden within her hairstyle and shoulder pads involuntarily activate during emotional extremes, firing projectiles in an Itano Circus pattern. This earned her the nickname "girl with the nuclear hairdo." One such outburst—triggered by overwhelming happiness—catastrophically destroys Edoropolis in the Japanese version’s finale.

She has an older brother, Wally, who works as a sushi chef. Socially, she befriends Francine and Polly Esther, forming the musical duo "Pointless Sisters" during the episode "Singing Samurai Sensai-tion." Romantically, both Speedy Cerviche and Guido Anchovy persistently vie for her affection, creating recurring tension between the Pizza Cats, though Speedy’s interest later shifts toward Polly Esther.

Her personality blends apparent obliviousness to romantic advances with emotional volatility that unleashes her concealed weaponry. This missile system remains a consistent trait, functioning as both comedic device and plot mechanism in climactic sequences. Her Japanese name potentially references a *Ganbare Goemon* character due to shared occupational and relational traits. Throughout the series, her emotional reactions directly influence pivotal events, culminating in tangible consequences for the setting during the finale.
