Description
Ellis, a Japanese girl raised in Turkey, grew up believing her family perished in a tragic childhood car accident. After years in a Turkish orphanage, she relocated to Japan at sixteen, forging deep bonds with Eiji Shinjo and Kayin Amoh. Her cheerful facade as a circus dancer concealed lingering doubts about her past. During her inaugural tournament, she uncovered Gaia’s illegal orchestration of the event—a man later revealed as her surviving father, who had escaped the same crash that claimed her mother and brother. A letter from Gaia in the second tournament exposed her true Japanese heritage and the Secret Society’s persecution of her family.

Initially consumed by hatred, Ellis allied with Gaia in the second tournament to oppose Uranus, the Society member responsible for her family’s demise. She clashed with foes like Fo Fai and partnered with Rungo Iron, though Uranus fell before Ellis could exact vengeance. Despite her turmoil, she reconciled with Gaia, pledging to mend their fractured bond. Their truce shattered during the third tournament when the Organization targeted them for sacrificial rites, kidnapping her circus children to coerce her obedience. Battling assassins like Atahua and Tau, Ellis freed the children and aided in the Organization’s collapse, retiring from combat alongside Gaia afterward.

Her combat style blended agility with dual dirks, emphasizing close-range strikes and acrobatics. Signature techniques included the aerial *Homing Swallow*, the rapid *Angel Kiss* Overdrive, and the last-resort *Sweet Kiss*, unleashed when gravely injured. Dance-infused movements, adorned with shimmering auras, echoed her circus roots.

The OVA expanded her trials, depicting a poisoning incident while shielding Gaia, resolved by Eiji and Kayin’s intervention. Despite her prowess, this vulnerability underscored her humanity. Throughout her struggles, she remained a protector to her circus children, balancing compassion with relentless resolve against familial and systemic betrayals.

Visually, her design shifted across media: games showcased green-haired Ellis in vibrant pink attire, while the OVA reimagined her with blonde hair and a white dress. Both iterations preserved her ethereal, fairy-like essence, adapting her aesthetic to distinct artistic visions without sacrificing her core identity.
