General Suguni Kattnar was one of three high-ranking generals commanding the Docooga Crime Syndicate, an organization pursuing global domination through political, economic, and military power. He sported an eyepatch, lending him a pirate-like appearance, and relied on regular medication for an unspecified health condition; he once operated a pharmaceutical business marketing his own brand of tranquilizers.

During the Docooga's initial conflict with the GoShogun team, Kattnar and his fellow generals directed mechanized combat forces. However, their efforts were undermined by poor coordination and internal discord. Kattnar later forged a critical alliance with the GoShogun crew against their mutual leader, NeoNeros, permanently switching sides to become a trusted comrade to his former enemies.

Four decades later, Kattnar reunited with the GoShogun team at the hospital bedside of Remy Shimada, comatose after a severe accident. Within Remy's subconscious visions, a younger Kattnar appeared alongside the others, trapped in a surreal desert town under siege. Facing a prophecy of gruesome death from a mysterious child, the group mounted a collective defense. Kattnar applied his medical skills, providing critical aid to the wounded Remy during a bar brawl and later administering emergency care during her last stand against a monstrous entity. His vigilant presence at her hospital bedside and his fierce defense within her visions reflected his enduring loyalty to the team.
