Dorami is Doraemon's sister, attending Robot School for robotic training. During her graduation preparations, a mysterious force abducts Doraemon, the principal, and nearly all students and equipment. Evading capture herself, Dorami discovers Doraemon's Good Friend Telepathy Card, a communication device linked to his friend group, The Doraemons. She activates the card, calling upon The Doraemons for help. Partnering closely with them, especially Dora the Kid, Dorami investigates the threat and resolves the crisis, rescuing the captives. Through this ordeal, Dorami and Dora the Kid develop mutual romantic feelings. Her graduation ceremony is attended by Sewashi, Noramyako, Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo, and Gian, linking her story to the wider setting.
