Originally a traveling minstrel, she performed under the stage name Schifanoia, specializing in the harsh "Death style" of music. This persona featured heavy makeup and outlandish clothing to match the aggressive aesthetic. While touring in Flatta, she collapsed mid-performance from exhaustion and met Azusa Aizawa, who brought her to a highland cottage to recover.

Following this collapse, she abandoned the Schifanoia identity and stayed at the cottage. There, under Azusa's influence, she refined her musical abilities, transitioning away from Death style. She developed a gentler, more authentic personal style that reflected her true nature: fundamentally timid and resistant to breaking habits, contrasting her former aggressive stage presence.
