Description
Cassandra appears in two narrative arcs. In episodes 21–23, she is depicted as the daughter of the Marsh King, thrust into a clash between Viking forces and supernatural phenomena linked to her father’s realm. This arc examines identity and familial duty through a mythic lens, weaving her alliances with Viking figures into a quest to neutralize threats destabilizing their world.

Episode 49 reinterprets her through an adaptation of Andersen’s "The Psyche," casting her as a mortal protagonist undergoing a metamorphic odyssey. Divine trials and existential quandaries frame her journey, intertwining mortal struggles with encounters involving mythic entities. The arc mirrors Andersen’s thematic focus on spiritual ascension amid vulnerability, guided by exchanges between human and celestial forces.
