Description
Hailing from the elf district of the Duchy of Good Branch in Frant Province, Halkara is an elf alchemist and pharmacist. Despite her youthful appearance of around twenty years, she has lived for over two centuries, a fact she humorously references as "17 years and 2,500 months." Her figure is notably voluptuous, with a particularly large bust that often draws attention and sometimes provokes envy. She inherits this trait from her mother's lineage, yet remains mostly oblivious to its effects.

Endearingly accident-prone, Halkara stumbles into trouble with chronic clumsiness, cementing her reputation as a troublemaker. Cheerful and diligent, she nonetheless faces frequent misfortunes: from mistakenly eating toxic mushrooms to unintentionally headbutting the Demon King Pecora and rendering her unconscious. Without physical prowess or fighting skills, she relies on others during crises. Halkara relishes drinking but possesses low alcohol tolerance, becoming tipsy swiftly. She occasionally teases Azusa Aizawa, whom she deeply admires.

Professionally, she graduated from the Forest Elf University's Department of Pharmacy and founded Halkara Pharmaceuticals. Her breakthrough product, the alcohol-based energy drink "Nutritive Wine," achieved widespread acclaim. However, when the demon Beelzebub fell ill after consumption, false rumors of the drink causing her wrath led employees to flee and Halkara’s company to crumble. Forced to abandon her hometown, she sought refuge with Azusa Aizawa. After revelations that Beelzebub’s illness stemmed from overwork—not the beverage—Halkara opted to stay with Azusa rather than return. She restarted her pharmaceutical enterprise near Flata Village in Nascoute Town, later expanding with a second factory in her homeland. As the wealthiest in Azusa’s household, she manages production for ventures like Azusa’s "Edible Slime" snacks.

Her family profoundly shapes her motivations: financially irresponsible parents and an older brother compelled her to become the primary provider. To curb dependency, she restricts their access to her earnings, though she later employs them at her factory to foster self-reliance. Her much younger sister operates independently as a beautician. Daily, Halkara commutes by riding dragons Laika and Flatorte, having overcome initial motion sickness.

The spin-off "Elf's Meals" chronicles her pre-Azusa travels as a culinary enthusiast touring restaurants, culminating in accidental magical transport to modern Japan where she encounters Azusa’s high-school self. Her trademark cry, "Messed uppppppppppp!", punctuates endless chaotic escapades, yet she perseveres with unwavering resilience.

She regards Azusa as mentor and confidante, relies on dragons Laika and Flatorte for transit, employs ghost Rosalie at her factory, and sustains a business rivalry with pharmacist Eno. Despite perpetual mishaps, her pharmaceutical ventures secure both professional triumph and familial stability.
