Description
Manami Amamiya, nicknamed "Manabi," was born on August 30, 2018. She lives with her older brother, Takefumi Amamiya, after her parents became absent. Transferring to the all-girls Seioh Private High School in 2035, she enters an environment marked by widespread school closures due to low birth rates and pervasive student apathy. This apathy had nearly dissolved the student council.

Witnessing the struggles of the lone remaining council member, Mika Inamori, on her first day, Manami immediately declares her desire to become student council president. Demonstrating her commitment, she spontaneously performs the school song after hearing it only once the day before. This act resonates school-wide and earned her the presidency. Her personal motto, "Massugu Go!" ("Go straight ahead!" or "Go forward!"), embodies her unwavering determination and frequently motivates herself and others.

Manami possesses an exceptionally energetic and positive personality, igniting a revitalization of the school spirit. She spearheads initiatives like transforming the dilapidated student council room into an inviting café-style space open to everyone, fostering unprecedented cooperation among school clubs. Despite her enthusiasm, she initially lacks practical leadership skills, struggling to organize meetings or delegate tasks. She heavily relies on rallying her close friends—Mika Inamori, Mutsuki Uehara, Mei Etoh, and Momoha Odori—for support. Together, they undertake major projects, including planning the central school festival.

Her character development shows a growing reliance on teamwork. While remaining the driving force behind events like the festival or an inter-school dodgeball tournament, she increasingly recognizes her peers' strengths and delegates responsibilities—utilizing Mei Etoh's organizational skills and Mutsuki Uehara's athletic prowess. Manami's leadership evolves from impulsive solo actions toward fostering collective effort, emphasizing unity and mutual encouragement.

In the PlayStation 2 visual novel spin-off, *Kira Kira Happy Festa!*, Manami applies her proactive nature to organizing a summer festival in her town. She implements a unique "Hustle Points" system to motivate her friends during various missions, further demonstrating her ability to inspire action toward shared goals.

Her story culminates in her graduation from Seioh High. Later glimpses show her and her friends a year and a half after graduation, moving forward while carrying the bonds formed during their time together. Throughout her journey, Manami's boundless optimism, signature motto, and capacity to ignite change through sheer will remain constant, leaving a lasting impact on the school and those around her.
