Description
Risa Fujiwara is a second-year student at Shin Koshigaya High School, sporting long light purple hair and purple eyes. She diligently maintains the baseball field and equipment alongside Rei Okada, often visiting first-year players like Yomi Takeda during practice. Risa recounts how the school's once-strong baseball team disbanded after a scandal, leading all members to depart. She and Rei treat baseball with serious commitment, not just as fun, participating with external teams and leagues to continue playing into college. When asked about forming a new team with incoming students, Risa hesitates initially. However, after watching Yomi challenge Rei to hit a specific pitch – framed as "passing on the torch" – and witnessing Yomi's curveball, her shock at Rei making contact and Ibuki Kawaguchi failing to catch the ball turns to acceptance. She and Rei join the reformed team following Yomi's invitation.

Her baseball uniform features a white shirt with orange lines and Japanese lettering, the number 5 on the back, and a left shoulder flag design. She completes this look with a black baseball cap marked with an 'S', black belts, light red and yellow socks, white leggings, and black sneakers. In school attire, she wears a light pink uniform shirt with dark red polyester trim and pink bows, a dark red skirt, medium black socks, and brown shoes. Her surname Fujiwara combines the kanji for "wisteria" (藤) and "field, plain" (原), while her given name Risa uses "reason, logic" (理) and "sand" (沙).
